network busy/will not download system update for crash fix.

    Tried to different routers at two different places. Tried rebooting tool several times. Maxisys elite. I receive network busy response or it just fails to download.

    Same here, for about a month, had no help from autell.

    Seems to be fixed here. Just finished downloading.

    I've tried many times a day for about a month now. It can't be continuosly busy just for
    this one tool. It has also become sluggishat times, requiring reboots.
    Should I just try a factory reset?

    Its an absolute joke my company just puchased a lage number of these'then support
    dissapears. Maybe you could email the update or get a new server.

     Hello Sir, we checked the update server, everything is OK. And we can see much update date recorded, would you please restart the tool and try again? Besides, please make sure that your local network doesn't block any update server.
